Processing time: All the orders are processed within 24 hours.
Shipping time: All the orders are shipped within 2-3 days.
Delivery time: All the orders are delivered within 6-8 days.
Delivery charges: We take care of all the shipping and delivery charges for you. All of our customers get free shipping and delivery without any minimum spend.
Shipping partners: We work with various shipping partners such as Bluedart, Delhivery, and Amazon’s Shipping Service. Currently, we are using Amazon’s shipping service for most of our orders.
Order Tracking: To track your orders, visit the Track Your Order link and apply the unique order tracking link provided to you after a few days of placing your order.
International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.

Returns: Currently, we are not accepting any returns because all the orders are made to order.
Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted within 5 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: The product must be unworn, with all tags intact, and in original packaging for exchange.
Exchange process: Contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your order to initiate the exchange.
Exchange shipping: If the order is not defective or incorrect then the shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
Defective or incorrect items: If you have received an defective, damaged, or incorrect order, then contact the customer support immediately to verify your order and initiate the exchange process.
